Wowee! It's been more than half a year since I last wrote a weblog; so much work to do. Anyway, not much has happened during the past months. I did well in my GCSE exams last year; achieving 5 As, 3 Cs, and a D. Having achieved these grades, I'm doing AS levels this year and A levels next year (Yay!). I have chosen to study ICT, Math, Physics, and Biology for AS as they are my four strongest subjects. Math is very easy, ICT is ok, Physics is ok, and Biology is extremely hard. Good thing there's a doctor specializing in forensic science hanging about.
There are not many activities to join this year. I used to play basketball until the D grade boys basketball team rejected me (only choosing the very best basketball players) and transferred me to the D GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM (didn't want to play in a girls basketball team and decided to quit); used to swim for the school swim team until the swim team started to select its fastest swimmers; and used to play for the South Island School orchestra which completely collapsed and replaced by the Chamber Orchestra. Feels really good to be the very best. So all I'm left with is martial arts. So this year, I decided to join the Martial Art Demonstration Team. The team will be performing in this years international evening. I will be demonstrating the rare martial arts weapon, the "Sai", in the international evening. I also decided to join the yearbook commitee writting this year's yearbook. I kind of feel odd in the commitee as it only consists of three boys (including me) and dozens of girls.
Oh well, that's my updates. Anyway, here are some photos I took for an article I'm writting for the yearbook about the Martial Arts Demonstration Team:
Long time no update; I had my exams. Anyway, my exams are over now. I hope I did well in the exams. I will be going on a golf trip to China with father to celebrate the end of my exams. Can't wait! I haven't played golf for quite a while. I hope I have retained my skills in golf.
This summer will be quite a busy summer for me. I have to take some maths lessons to prepare for my AS maths; and some SAT lessons to prepare for the SAT exam sometime in September and October. I'll also be learning a new weapon soon in martial arts. I'll be learning how to use a long stick. COOL! It's going to be a fine summer.
Weapon I'm currently learning Weapon I'll learn soon
Long time no update. I'm on exam leave right now studying for my exams. Anyway, today is my 17th birthday. One more year, I'll be at a legal age to drive, watch category three movies in cinemas, and drink (though I never intend to drink; bad habit). I'll offically be a MAN. Also a legal age to get married (though I don't intend to get married at this stage; it's too early. Never even started dating; and it's too early to start dating right now). Next year, I will be entering a new age. I will no longer be a teenager, I'll offically be a MAN.
